Mark Wisnosky
Mark Wisnosky focuses on intellectual property strategy and execution. This includes research, drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Mark has a JD from University of San Diego and a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Washington. Mark is a patent attorney with more than 25 years business and R&D experience. His 20 years with Hewlett-Packard includes intellectual property strategy for the Inkjet Products Group. He now applies this experience and education to the exciting world of the small business entity. Mark is a patent attorney licensed to practice in the state of California and before the USPTO.
Robert Kansy
Robert Kansy has a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Bob is a registered patent agent with over 30 years experience in R&D and technology management - primarily in small high-tech firms. He has experience writing SBIR and STTR proposals and executing both Phase I and Phase II programs as well as developing intellectual property strategies optimized to create value for a growing company. Most recently he was engineering VP at RFM in Dallas, where he developed a keen appreciation for the importance of carefully managing IP in the small company environment. Bob now applies that experience in efficiently prosecuting solid patent applications and, more generally, contributing to the development of intelligent IP portfolios for his clients.
